Finally, last year gave me the opportunity to tackle a project which holds a special place in my heart. After 20 years of consistent and intensive practice of the GYROTONIC® Method, I have become a certified instructor of this discipline. I’m happy to finally be able to share with others my love for this method, which gave me so much, personally, but also added so much depth in my teaching and dancing Argentine tango.

GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® Trainer
The GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods were created by Julio Horvath as a method of rehabilitating injuries from his dance career. Its roots in rehabilitation makes GYROTONIC® exercise accessible to everyone from children to elderly, to dancers, athletes, pre-postpartum, post surgery clients.
